SJS Monthly Spotlight: Grade 5
|Fifth grade students designed objects from two or more materials where molecules of gas pushed against the surfaces causing drag. The goal was to have the slowest time. The winning time, 13.49 seconds very impressive!
Sugar crystals: Fifth graders discovered what happens to particles of matter when they are heated and cooled. They got a microscopic view of them in the Science Lab.
