International Night

Catholic Schools Week, Intn'l Night, & Spelling Bee
The students, teachers and parents of Saint Joseph School celebrated International Night on February 3rd. This event was the culmination of hosting our foreign exchange students from Korea, as well as a celebration of the diversity that exists here.
Our families were invited to share a prepared food dish representing their culture and background. Many students participated in researching and creating decorations which corresponded to the country they studied. These works of art were on display in the cafeteria and added to the festivities.
The Kindergarten students colored pictures of Our Lady of Fatima. The First graders studied Haiti and created toy vehicles using fruit, vegetables and toothpicks.
